Step by Step Directions
- Add heavy cream to a large bowl and mix on high until fluffy (3-5 mins)
- Mix in the the condensed milk and vanilla extract.
- Slice the vanilla beans and scrape out the beans. Add to the mixture and stir.
- Pour into the prepared bread pan. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 6-8 hours.
Notes
Vanilla Bean paste can be substituted for vanilla bean pods or you can increase the vanilla extract for a total of 3 tablespoons. The vanilla bean pods are my first choice followed by the vanilla paste and last extra extract.
